Please keep us advised of any opportunity to option or purchase the site. Thanks, Maurice >>> Paul Yarbrough 03/09/04 08:44AM >>> All - I spoke with Ken Crumb yesterday regarding some modifications the City had requested on the above referenced document for the potential detention area. During the course of the conversation, Mr. Crumb told me that due to the real possibility the City will not require the total 50 +/- acres he now feels it necessary to option to the City only that amount of property required for the detention area. So, for instance, if it is determined that Stormwater required 30 acres to accomplish their needs, the remaining 20 acres would not be part of the option/sale. Having made decisions (value, potential use, etc.) based on the initial premise that the total parcel north and west of the BNSF right-of-way would be included in a potential sale, your comments or concerns are requested based on this most recent information. Please 'reply to all' with your comments as soon as practicable. Jim, I spoke with Ken this morning about setting up a meeting with you and the engineering companies involved in resolving drainage issues and determining a grading plan. He was very much in favor of the meeting and said he would like to tentatively set the meet up for tomorrow (3/10) at 10:30. He will be calling you to confirm and is in the process of contacting the other parties to determine their availability. Thanks, Paul x 2245 CC: Carrie Daggett; Craig Foreman; Ralph Campano
