1) The letter `R' indicates ramps.
2) One I.D. sign is identified on the site and landscape plans.
3) Phase lines are shown on the site and landscape plans.
4) The neighborhood park is to function as an open recreational open space
area and detention area. Tree establishment is a concern where there is detention.
Transportation:
Enhanced crosswalks remain as shown to Fossil Creek Circle and to the pedestrian path /
alley connections running north and south. All other enhanced crosswalks have been
removed.
Engineering:
Overall Utility Plan — first comment on the trail connection.
A pedestrian connection from Golden Willow Drive provides the most direct
connection to the proposed trail located east of the site.

Light and Power:
Comment on the developer needing to coordinate the location of street trees with electric
facilities. Notes and street tree locations in relation to electrical lines and utilities has
been checked with notes on the landscape plan.
