RE: Linden Park PDP - Building elevation materials and colors
The residential units will consist of the following materials and colors:
1) NO profile asphalt composition shingles.
2) 9" lap siding. Colors: neutral tones: tan, beige, taupe, brown — gray.
Trim colors: off-white / cream.
3) 14" louvered shutters. Colors: green, blue -gray, brown and copper.
4) Brick Colors: blonde and reddish tones.
Some stucco and stone may be used in neutral tones but not at this stage.
