Dear Resident:
On Monday, June 12, 2000, beginning at 6:00 p.m., 281 North College Avenue*, the
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for the Linden
Park - Project Development Plan, #62-981B.
Linden Park - Project Development Plan, request is a division of 38.20 acres of land
into two hundred and one (201) residential dwelling units. The development will consist
of single family detached and attached single family duplex dwelling units with a
neighborhood park. The property is north of Trilby Road and west of Timberline Road.
The property is zoned Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District (L-M-N).
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may
have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
