In addition to the natural spillway at the south end of detention Pond A, an area inlet was placed inside the pond at elevation 4935.00. This consists of a 6' diameter manhole on Line ST-1 with a grated lid. All elevations on outlet structures have been placed on detail Sheet 41. 2. Acknowledged 3. Acknowledged 4. ENGINEERING GENERAL COMMENTS ♦ A hydrogeological study is included with this submittal. ♦ Easements and letters of intent are included with this submittal. ♦ Conceptual signing and striping is included with this submittal. COVER SHEET ♦ Plat was numbered separately from Utility Plans in previous submittal (sheets 1-3). If there is something else required please specify. PLAT ♦ Open Space A is now an access and drainage easement. ♦ Drainage easements were revised to include the angle of the storm sewer in lots 69 and 164. ♦ A signature block for the downstream users of the irrigation ditch is provided and the ditch owners specified. GRADING SHEET ♦ Easements are submitted from the Developer with this submittal. ♦ Temporary construction easements are now provided. Drainage is less than 100-year historic, therefore drainage easements at the end of the stub -outs are not needed. Grading to be done on -site except where otherwise noted. ♦ Signature blocks are added.
