Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Linden Park P.D.P. - Variance Request (intersection construction) Project No. 0930-001 Dear Ron, March 17, 2000 As engineer for the Linden Park project, currently under review by City staff for P.D.P., I hereby formally request a variance to the City standard for street construction. We have proposed an intersection and street stub from Prairie Hill Drive named Corona Drive. This street is little more than the curb returns at the intersection before it stops at this developments property line. We believe that this intersection is better constructed at the time of development of the adjoining property giving maximum flexibility in alignment, width, and grade at that time. We respectfully request a variance to the construction standard as discussed above. Please feel free to contact me if you should have any questions, concerns, or require any further information.
