Please check to see if the 90 degree jogs are allowable by ADA. The assumption that the comprehensive east/west pedestrian connection will occur on the parcel to the north is not ideal, but acceptable. 08/19/2014: Transportation Planning staff has commented on a lack on internal pedestrian connectivity. Such as between the climbing studio and Burger King, there is no sidewalk to get from one to another - you have to cut through several parking lots. RB+B Response: The sidewalk has moved to the middle of the parking. See Site Plan. Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 09/16/2014 09/16/2014: The asphalt drive aisles on the eastern end seem to be double landscaping bulbouts. Can you elaborate on how / why this is? Is ther asphalt all the way to the east property line? RB+B Response: Improvements regarding bulbouts not part of this project. It is the responsibility of the property owner to coordinate these items.
