07/28/2015: During previous conversations your desired plan was to incorporate an
all-weather drivable surface to get within the min 10' required distance to our
transformer. Is that still case. Keep in mind that surface would need to be a
minimum of 16' wide.

07/30/2015: Please add a note on the Landscape Plan that no weed barrier is to be
used in the rain gardens. This may require some other kind of ground cover for the
rain gardens instead of 4 to 6-inch cobble where weeds may be a maintenance
problem.

08/26/2015: There still is one potential low spot that could be a problem. See
redlines. Extend the asphalt curb to the south of the island.
07/28/2015: More information is needed on the grading plan. Should a curb be
added to the north of the Private Drive instead of just an asphalt edge to convey
runoff to thewest to the existing storm inlet and to the east to the inlet on Lot 1,
instead of north towards lot 9? Plans show a high point, but how will runoff be
conveyed?

08/26/2015: The blanket easement should reflect what is on the plat. This blanket
easement is a Utility, Drainage, Access and Emergency Access easement, not just
a Utility Easement. Please adjust.
07/28/2015: Show/label existing blanket easements on the Utility Plan (Sheet C10).
Comment Number: 9 Comment Originated: 08/26/2015
08/26/2015: Sheet C10 references the edge of new easement. This reference is
incorrect. Please see redlines.
