The project is known as Linden Park Replat, File #62-98D. This is a request to re -subdivide a portion of the existing Linden Park Subdivision. Forty existing lots will be affected by this replat. The project is located west of South Timberline Road and south of Prairie Hill Drive. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
