I wanted to give you a heads up on the Trailhead Annexation. The structure plan amendment was discussed at the Growth Management Lead Team this week. The outcome of the meeting was to recommend the structure plan remain as it is currently shown (LMN). Reasons for not supporting the change to LMN included The future interchange with Vine Drive and 1-25; The proximity to the Burlington Northern Rail line; The remnant E designated parcel to the west; The further decrease of E designated parcels within the City; Lack of a demonstrated need to change the Mountain Vista Sub -Area Plan. This item is scheduled for staff review next Wednesday, the 'official' comments will be forwarded to you the following week. Thanks, Bob >>> "Cathy Mathis" <cmathis@vfavfr.com> 11/05/02 10:48AM >>> Hey Bob, Linda and I were wondering what makes this project a P & Z (Type II) review? Also, did you clarify whether or not we need a modification on the 2 different building types issue? Remember that some of staff (Clark Mapes and Cameron) said that 1 unit in the clubhouse counted as a mixed -use building and we were moving forward under that assumption. Thanks
