On 24 October 2002, staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and Health Departments met to review these materials. Our only comments at this time would be: • If it has not been done already, that the City has incorporated the entire right-of-way of East Vine Dr. • Recommend inclusion of the future canal easement and railroad right-of-way at this time, if possible, to avoid future slivers of unincorporated property.
