This letter acknowledges receipt of the petition and plat for the above annexation in Section 4,
T7N R68W. On 24 October 2002, staff from the Larimer County Planning, Engineering and
Health Departments met to review these materials. Our only comments at this time would be:
• If it has not been done already, that the City has incorporated the entire right-of-way of East
Vine Dr.
• Recommend inclusion of the future canal easement and railroad right-of-way at this time, if
possible, to avoid future slivers of unincorporated property.
