April 2, 2001
On Monday, April 16, 2001, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the City of Fort Collins
Streets Department Building, located at the Southwest corner of Lemay and Vine,
the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information
meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is the
Olde Town North Overall Development Plan and Project Development Plan — Type
II (LUC) — Files #28-99A and #28-99B.
This is a request for a mixed -use development consisting of two phases of residential
development and one phase of commercial. Phase one consists of 70 single-family
dwelling units and 82 townhome dwelling units. Phase II consists of 51 single family
dwelling units and 56 townhome dwelling units. The property is located south of the
realigned Vine Street, west of Redwood Drive, and east of College Avenue. Zoning is
CCN — Community Commercial, North College.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
