RE: Old Town North - Affordable Housing Project
The purpose of this memorandum is to verify that the proposed Old Town North development
proposal is an affordable housing project. This project has received a commitment of financial
assistance from the Colorado Division of Housing. The Division of Housing's subsidy will carry a
condition that units be affordable to families with incomes less than 80% of the Area Median
Income (AMI) in accordance with the definition and standards for affordable housing contained in
the Fort Collins City Code.
