Wetland mitigation may occur within the detention area • Confirm realigned Vine Drive alignment is correct • Utility coordination meeting will need to occur soon to determine feasibility of lot sizes • Side yards along residential streets and alleys will need a modification to be less than 15 feet The following action items were derived from this meeting.
