Meeting Overview:
• The 50% Design Development submittal was reviewed and discussed.
• Lake Canal issues were discussed
• Pedestrian access will be required to tie in with existing pedestrian system.
• The Traffic Study will need to be revised.
• Wetlands will need to be mitigated. Wetland mitigation may occur within the detention area
• Confirm realigned Vine Drive alignment is correct
• Utility coordination meeting will need to occur soon to determine feasibility of lot sizes
• Side yards along residential streets and alleys will need a modification to be less than 15 feet
