OAK - PDP - 5-99 - CORRESPONDENCE - CITY STAFFCellular Division March 10, 1999 Delivered Via Federal Express Mr. Peter Barnes Zoning Administrator City of Fort Collins 281 North College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Antenna Modification — 315 West Oak Street - AT&T Cell # F033 Dear Mr. Barnes: AT&T AT&T Wireless Services Suite C-1 1001 16th Street Denver, CO 80265 303 573-3000 This letter is in reference to a recent conversation I had with the Building and Zoning office regarding AT&T's plans to modify our site at 315 West Oak Street. This antenna modification is a result of decreased capacity in the region as well as interference to our adjacent sites. As you know and approved, AT&T currently has six (6) antennas on the tower configured in an array of two (2) antennas per three sectors. AT&T is proposing to relocate two of the three sectors from the tower to the roof. AT&T is also proposing to add two (2) more antennas to these two rooftop sectors. Therefore, AT&T's rooftop installation would include one sector facing west with four (4) antennas and one sector facing north with four (4) antennas. The two -rooftop sectors would require a mounting system similar to that shown in the enclosed photograph. Also, please refer to the sketch that shows the proposed placement of the two -rooftop sectors. The sector remaining on the tower requires the addition of two (2) antennas. Therefore, this southeast - facing sector will have a total of four (4) antennas and will remain on the tower. Please review the enclosed photograph and sketch showing the proposed location of the sectors on the roof and our mounting system. If you are in agreement with this proposal, please indicate in the space provided below and return one copy to me in the enclosed envelope. Thank you for your continued cooperation and if you have any questions please contact me at (303) 573-3277. Sin relplI Je y W.
