The proposed project is commonly known as Willowbrook Annexation and Zoning, #8-99B. Request to annex approximately 4.76 acres to be included in the City of Fort Collins Land Bank Program for future affordable housing. The site is located directly north of County Road 36, south of Rock Creek Drive, east of Ziegler Road and west of County Road 7. The proposed zoning is LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
