Troy,
It's mt opinion that there is do difference once the project goes to hearing. It is now up to the developer
and their consultants to get the plans in shape for approval. The main issues have been address3ed and
it's more of fine tuning the design.

Dave, Glen, Cameron:
Old Town North (a pilot project) is about to come back to life. They got ODP and First Filing PDP approval
in 6/01, but they have been redesigning grading since then to reduce the amount of fill necessary. They
are ready to submit next week. Do we want to continue to treat this as a pilot project, or should we just
treat it like a normal final compliance at this point? I assume in either case they need a final compliance
application and $1000 fee. I guess the main question is whether or not we want to arrange a pilot meeting
with staff and applicants a few days after submittal or not?

Troy:
I seems to me that the process is straightforward. Prior to final compliance submittal, the applicant should
be getting together with Stormwater, Development Review Engineering and Current Planning to discuss
their conceptual Final Plan submittal. At that meeting, we should be giving them clear direction about the
revised concept. Once the direction has been set, it's up to them and their engineers to submit a complete
and accurate Final Plan submittal so that we can get the project wrapped up.
