Collins, CO 80522-0580 Attn: Ward Stanford Re: Old Town North — Project Development Plan Response to Traffic Op's Comments, dated June 4, 2001 Dear Mr. Stanford: This is a response to your project comments regarding Old Town North — Project Development Plan — dated June 4, 2001. Original comments and responses to each are provided: Please acknowledge the following expectations for the street designs: 1. "Redwood St. from Cajetan to Vine — Collector w/parking; to be built with initial construction phase. " R The initial construction phase will include Interim Redwood Street from Cajetan Street south to East Vine Drive. Parking is not incorporated within the ROW for this phase. However, Ultimate Redwood Street does include parking along both sides of the roadway. 2. "West Collector: to be built with initial construction phase; includes on -street parking; constructed from north side of site to Vine. " R The west collector, Jerome Street, will have two configurations. As defined in the typical sections on plan sheet "Street Typical Sections (Exterior)," from Station 0+00 to 4+59.73 no on -street parking has been designed. From Station 4+59.73 to 13+35.11 on -street parking has been incorporated into the plan. The roadway transitions between these stations. 3. "All internal residential streets include on -street parking." R All internal residential streets include on -street parking. At a minimum, a parking lane is provided on one side of the street.
