The standard requires that equipment operate in such a manner so as not to cause interference with other electronics. This type of interference will not occur with our facility as we are separately licensed by the FCC with our own separate band at the 1967 mhz level. The reliability and survivability of wireless communication systems also makes them an important asset to the community in the event of individual emergencies and wide- spread disasters. Public safety organizations have repeatedly found wireless communication systems an invaluable supplement to their existing communication resources. In this situation, particular concern is focused at Poudre Valley Hospital and the surrounding community. To sum up, we hope that the City of Fort Collins will agree that locating this facility at this particular site is both an appropriate use and a contribution to the welfare of the community.
