Meeting Overview:
Date: 10/03/00
• The 20% Schematic Design submittal was reviewed and discussed.
• Alleys can be public
• The North College Access road will be allowed on street parallel parking.
• The Traffic Study will need to be revised.
• Wetlands will need to be mitigated at 1-1.5 ratio
• The through street will change to the street aligning to future Alpine Drive. This street will be a residential local.
• Alleys can be used with residential local streets.
• There will need to be a 50' buffer from existing wetlands and native trees along the south property line.
