Schlueter) to get reports to Shear engineering Box Culverts will be allowed to handle the 5000cfs flow Redwood street is a collector and will need to be realigned and resized Dave will get a digital or hardcopy of the Redwood realignment to Sheer and BHA Emergency access (2nd point of access) just needs to be all weather BHA Kim and Bruce will meet Cedar Creek, Tim Buchanan and Craig Foreman on site to BHA to coordinate evaluate environmental impacts to the site. Trunk Main can move if the flows are kept the same City Engineering and Storm Water will meet to resolve issues related to Vine Drive Cam McNair BHA will develop a preliminary site plan to promote further discussion BHA, Palladian Potential to phase the development BHA, Palladian City requires separate water and sewer to detached units Palladian
