The proposed project is a permitted use subject to a Type 1 public hearing and Planing Department review. The development team will request an Alternative Compliance to the parking requirement and an Alternative Compliance to the park requirement under section 4.5(D)(3) of the Land Use Code. Please see my letters dated January 31, 2001 for further details. With the minor exceptions noted herein, the development team intends to comply with all city requirements.
