REMARKS:
Troy,
Since we can't use the driveway entrance at the front of the building off Plum Street, we
are proposing to do the parldng to the south of the building. The area east of the building would
be used for outdoor space. To make this a little more private, cut down noise, etc. we are
proposing a fence with plantings on the street edges. Are there any Land -Use Code issues with
having a fence next to the sidewalk like this?
Also, I am considerittg the parking to the south of the building to be on the side lot line
and using the S' buffetyard requirement. The curb at the sidewalk on Shields street is in the
current location of the existing parking. Do you see any conflicts with this?
The client would like to we a scheme with more parldng spaces so I am exploring other
options, but I think I should get your input at this point. Please call me when you have reviewed
this.
Thanks,
Rebecca
