RE: Mine Permit Application PDP for Resource Recovery Farm
_t •.' recycledpaper
I will be on vacation from July 13 until July 29. While I am away, I expect our consultants (Kaia
Anderson of Anderson and Company Ecoplanning and Mike Hart of Hart Environmental) to submit
the PDP application for our proposal to mine a portion of the Resource Recovery Farm. When I met
with them today, we realized that we weren't sure how to handle the application fee, since the City is
the applicant. First, the amount is unclear to us and we'll need your determination on that. Second,
I don't know whether to cut a check to you, or to handle it with an internal transfer.
We'll be submitting without the fee and I ask that you begin the review process. When I return, you
can let me know how much the fee is and how you would like it handled.
Thanks for your cooperation on this.
