verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required within the same
timeline.
b. Please check with Dave Stringer from the Engineering Department about which
sheets need to be stamped by an engineer.
c. Once you have resolved the fire concerns with Ron Gonzales, we will be clear to
schedule you for a Type 1 hearing.
d. Please make the corrections indicated from staff comments and bring in four sets
of drawings to Troy Jones in the Current Planning Department prior to the
hearing. We need to double check that the comments have been satisfied. Be sure
and return all your redlined plans when you resubmit the revised plans.

2. Stormwater Utility Department:

3. Engineering Department:
a. See the attached comment sheet and redlined plans from the Engineering
Department.
4. Poudre Fire Authority:
a. See the attached comment sheet from the Poudre Fire Authority.
5. City Forester, Zoning, Natural Resources, Light and Power, Traffic Operations,
Advance Planning, ROW Planning, Post Office, US West, Public Service, Poudre
Rl School District, TCI:
a. I have not received any comments from these departments. I am assuming they
have no comments.
6. Park Planning, Mapping & Drafting, Police:
a. These departments have indicated they have no comments.
7. Current Planning:
a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on
this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response
to the City's concerns is due by December 8, 1999. A 30 day extension to this deadline
is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning
