The proposed project is commonly known as Carmike Theater Rezone, #14-99. This is a request to rezone 4.47 acres of the Park South Commercial Plaza from C — Commercial Zoning District to NC — Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. The Park South Commercial Plaza is located at the southeast corner of Horsetooth Road and Manhattan Avenue. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on these matters, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing or the neighborhood meeting, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for these public meetings is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
