College Fort Collins, CO 80521 Mr. Jones: Ifs now Qwes Thank you for the review comments pertaining to our proposed rooftop CMRS facility located at Poudre Valley Hospital. Our engineers were able to accommodate the concern expressed by Current Planning regarding the skid location and setback. The increase in setback from 10 feet to 20 feet from all roof line edges posed no degradation in signal propagation and this change has been noted on the revised plan sets. Light and Power also expressed some concerns relating to power requirements. The proposed CMRS facility will not require an additional power source or new meter. All existing meters and power feeds will be utilized. As a result of pulling power from in-house feeds, a check meter will be required. This should address Light and Power's concerns. I have attached a letter from our engineer addressing this issue. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks for all of your assistance on this project. I look forward to hearing from you soon and scheduling the public hearing. Sincerely, Brad Johnson Zoning Manager, Qwest Wireless, LLC Enclosures: Two sets of revised plan sets Letter from engineer
