To follow up on our phone conversation, you requested that I send in email any update that I may have on the project
located 1312 N College Ave.
I did get a chance to speak with City Attorney Paul Eckman and according to the agreement entered in, if the property at
1312 N College does change use then the drive at 1312 N College shall be terminated. If there is desire for this drive to
remain then an amendment to or new agreement approved by all parties of the original agreement would be necessary.
I also spoke with Sheri Langenberger and Martina Wilkinson and they have indicated if the agreement is followed and
the north drive is removed and both properties take access from the south drive and no improvements are made to the
south drive then the south drive would need to be designated as one-way.
At this time there is no scheduled meetings and/or hearings for this project. The City is awaiting a 2"d round submittal
from the applicant for the project to move forward.
