DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned, being the owner of Lots 5, 6,
7, 8, 9 and 10, of the Riverside Subdivision, Seventh Filing, in consideration of ten Dollars ($10.00)
in had paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable considerations,
does hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal
Corporation, for public use forever a permanent easement for drainage in the City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, on all of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Riverside
Subdivision, SeventhTiling, EXCEPT that part of said Lots which, considering the northerly line of
said Lot 10 as bearing N70°49'20"E, and with all bearings contained, herein relative thereto, is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears S76°28'57"E 52.33 feet from
the most westerly corner of said Lot 10, and run thence N56°08'56"E 98.65 feet; thence S87651'24"E
25.77 feet; thence S33°51'04"E 123.50 feet; thence S70°49'20"W 123.53 feet; thence N33051'04"W
107.36 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will
not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
