Dear Mr. Cook,
This is regarding A-Z Party Rental's proposed site on Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10, Riverside
Subdivision Seventh Filing.
The peak hour trip generation for this project is less than 50 trips. The data that follows was
provided by Steve Fobes, the owner of the business. The peak hour is on the weekend mornings.
The company has six to eight trucks that are loaded from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. on weekends and
then leave to deliver the equipment. Approximately 25 employees have staggered hours on the week
end days. Approximately 10 employees begin work at 7:00 A.M., 5 employees at 9:00 A.M. and 10
employees at 1:00 P.M.
On week days there are approximately 10 drive up customers per day. Most orders and
transactions are by phone.
The company's trucks are City Vans that are 22 feet in length. There are no semi -trucks that
pick up or deliver goods. The trash truck is the largest vehicle that enters the parking and loading
area.
A-Z Party Rental currently leases space at 1554 Riverside Avenue which is adjacent to the
proposed site on the Northwest. The space they will vacate is going to be used for storage and
warehouse. The net traffic impact on the surrounding street network will be minimal.
