Laurel St. Modification of Standard application. Dear Mr. Crowder: Based on a lack of written response to development review comments issued on September 24, 1999, The City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department has determined that the application has lapsed and become null and void. Under Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code, the applicant is required to respond within ninety (90) days of receipt of written comments from the City. Staff had the authority to grant up to one thirty (30) day extension, however the deadline for that request has also passed. This information was confirmed with Bill Turner, the official applicant. With Mr. Turner's relocation outside the area, he suggested that the City forward this correspondence on to you.
