Mr. Steve Olt RE: Modification Of Standards; Section 4.7.D.1 TOO: 718 East Laurel, Dear Sir; DT9 E AUG 0 3 1999 D We, Nilda F.Getty, resident of Fort Collins (property owner of 718 East Laurel), James Crowder; resident of Boulder, Colorado, and William C. Turner resident of Boulder, Colorado, are requesting a modification of standards per Section 4.7.D.1. We are requesting that we be allowed to develop this property into four (4) individual titled lots, with a common area of trees and grass, see plans attached. We feel that this development would complement the neighborhood that, now consist of older homes with mature landscaping. In the development of eight (8) units ( two/ four unit buildings) we feel would be a mass of concrete, building and asphalt parking area, with very little green landscaping. These units would be more of a tax on water, sewer, street parking and general congestion in the area. Hope you. l�c favorable on our proposal. W.C.
