NOTES REGARDING A-Z PARTY RENTAL
1. The development of the site will be in one phase.
2. There are no variance requests for the site.
3. There is one off -site easement needed for the site. An access easement across Lot 11,
Riverside Subdivision, Seventh Filing is needed for the leased space in the building. Mr.
Willard Wright, the owner of Lot 11 has agreed to grant the access easement to Mr. Fobes.
