Shields Architect's Project No.: 9908 Dear Troy, I am resubmitting the plat for 801 South Shields Street for a Type I Review. I have included the information required which you listed in your letter and checklist dated July 28, 1999. We have responded to the Staff Review Comments as follows: 1. Water and Sewer Utility Department: a. See revised utility plans b. Drawing has been labeled, details included. The fire line will not need to be lowered. 2. Engineering Department: a. See attached plat and utility plans b. Drawing has been labeled, limits of street repair have been noted. 3. TCI: a. Utility easement at NE comer was made larger. 4. Transportation Planning: a. Sidewalk along Plum Street was increased by 2'-0" 5. Light & Power: a. Utility notes were corrected to show existing conditions. See utility plan. 6. Poudre Fire Authority: a. I had a meeting with Ron Gonzales and discussed the fire lane. "No Parking, Emergency Access" signs will be posted as discussed. b. Address numerals will be visable from the street. c. A fire hydrant is located two lots south of 801 S. Shields. It is within 300' of the building. d. The building is to be sprinklered. 7. Mapping/Drafting: a. See revised plat.
