Dear Resident/Property Owner
On Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in
the conference room of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, CO, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Hearing to consider the Scotch Pines Wireless Telecommunication
Equipment, #34-99B.
The applicant is proposing to co -locate a wireless telecommunication antenna on top of
an existing power pole. The pole is approximately 150 feet east of the intersection of
Edinburgh Street and Drake Road. The pole is within the Scotch Pines Shopping Center.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
