Per Zoning's comment number 3, before the project proceeds, we need a written description explaining if and/or why it is technically necessary to locate the equipment at the proposed height (91 feet above grade). Unless it can be shown that that Voicestream has tried in good faith to achieve co -location with the US West wireless equipment in the clock tower of the Scotch Pines building on the corner, or that the Voicestream equipment technically won't work at that clock tower location, the requirements of 3.8.13(B) of the Land Use Code is not met. d. Please see the attached comment sheet from light and power 4. Natural Resources, Advance Planning, Building Inspection: a. These departments have reviewed the application and have no comments. 5. Current Planning: a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by August 29, 2000. A 30-day extension to this deadline is available. All requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director.
