Topic: Soils Report Number: 28 Created: 2/25/2003 In accordance with 5.6.1, a subsurface water investigation report shall be submitted for approval by the Local Entity Engineer if groundwater is encountered within 5 feet of the original surface. The soils report submitted, dated August 28, 1979, states that groundwater was encountered at 4.5 feet. Please provide an updated soils report as well as a subsurface water investigation report if still applicable.
