Dear Mr. Fuchs:
VoiceStream PCS 11 would like to ask that the application for Site Plan Review for the Scotch Pines Wirel«Ns
Telecommunication Equipment site be withdrawn to re-evaluate design objectives at this particular location.
VoiceStream appreciates the 30-day extension granted by the City for this projtxx, however, the analysis will take
considerably longer. VoiceStream respectfully reserves the right to resubmit another application for this specific
project in the future if, indeed, this site meet% the needs for this area and will ultimately reduce the need for additional
sites to provide the desired coverage. Thank you for your initial review of this project and your ongoing efforts.
