October 9, 2001
On Wednesday, October 24, 2001, at 3:30 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in
the conference room of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing
Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as The Scotch Pines Wireless
Telecommunication Facility, Project Development Plan, #34-99D.
This is a request to construct a 70-ft. "monopole" tower at the Scotch Pines shopping
center at 2601 S. Lemay. The project is located on the southwest corner of Drake
Road and Lemay Avenue; zoned C-Commercial District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
