Needs to be wood, stucco, masonry, etc and be opaque. Also, since the equipment is taller than 6', they'll need landscpaing or something else to screen it all. Enclosure material must be opaque and match the existing building. A masonry wall will need to be proposed with wooden access gates. 12 Issue Contact: Bob Barkeen Setbacks need to be noted Setbacks from the property lines to the tower will need to be shown on the site plan. 13 - Issue Contact: Bob Barkeen Planning Certification needs to be on the site plan (enclosed) instead fo the P&Z certificate.
