Agenda Review: Director of Current Planning Bob Blanchard reviewed the Consent and Discussion Agendas: Consent Agenda: 1. Minutes of the March 16, April 6, and April 20, 2000 Planning and Zoning Board Hearings. (CONTINUED) 2. #32-99 Promontory Project Development Plan (CONTINUED) Discussion Agenda: 3. #19-961B Modification of Standards — Levon's Warehouse All Consent items were continued. Project: #19-966 Modification of Standards — Levon's Warehouse Project Description: Request to modify three specific sections of the LUC, more specifically Section 3.5.3(B)(2), 3.5.3(B)(1), and 3.2.2(C)(2)(a). The proposed building is a speculative office/warehouse building in the CN zoning district. The property is located south of Hickory Street, west of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, north of Hemlock Street and east of the Hickory trail. Recommendation: Approval of modification request #1. Denial of modification requests #2 and #3.
