Please provide a replat or provide legal descriptions and sketches of every easement/ROW dedication. The replat would be the recommended method. 1.13.03 - REPEAT, easements needed include utility and drainage easements onsite, and slope easements and temporary construction easements from neighboring properties for the construction of the alley. The driveway easements are no longer needed. 7.15.03 - REPEAT, please provide legal descriptions and dedication documents for onsite easements and ROW dedication, and provide letters of intent from all adjacent property owners that offsite easements are needed from. These items are required prior to going to a hearing. 11.24.03 - REPEAT - Now this ROW is not shown on the plans.
