Dear Jon:
This letter confirms that your project will be allowed to discharge storm water
from your Park Place project located immediately to the east of the Post Office
into Larimer County Canal #2 at established rates.
Furthermore, we approve the project's detention pond grading and discharge
outlet in our ditch easement and will grant you an easement for location and
construction of same in ditch row subject to our approval of design and sign -off
on your utility plans, provided our 20' access way is not negatively impacted.
Furthermore, we understand that you will set your buildings back so there is a
minimum of 20-foot setback from top of bank and a maximum of one -foot drop
within that setback.
