RE: Comment Responses, Promontory P.D.P. — Formerly Park Place P.D.P.
The following are responses to comments made March 15, 2000 for the above project
pertaining to the Final Plat or the Construction Plans. Only comments related to
engineering, utility and stormwater issues are included.
4. Light and Power
a. The water meter for building B has been moved north.
b. The water meter for building A is moved south.
C. The trash enclosure is now rotated for a transformer.
7. PSCO
a. A note has been added that the trickle pan be installed after gas.
b. 9' has been provided between Boardwalk and the building envelopes.
8. Water/Wastewater
• All separation and meter pit locations have been checked to meet City
requirements.
• The water service that had a crooked line has been moved.
• Gas and electric are now shown.
• Four foot of separation has been provided between meter pits and structures.
We did not see any instances where this was the case.
• Lowering Details have been modified to provide 5' on either side of the pipe
that is being crossed.
• Meter pit detail has been added.
9. Stormwater
1. The owner is in contact with the Ditch Company.
2. Water Quality outlet has been revised.
3. Storm sewer is now shown on the grading plan.
4. The design of the retaining walls will be done before the beginning of
construction.
10. Engineering
• The easement between Boardwalk and the building envelopes is now 9'
minimum.
• Enhanced crosswalks have been removed along Boardwalk.
• See stormwater #3.
• It is OK with the property owner that the entire area outside of the building
envelopes be for emergency access. No more has been added.
13. Mapping
a. The bearing on the drawing is correct and revised in the legal description.
b. Name has been changed to Promontory.
