We have created a colored pedestrian plan showing pedestrian circulation related to both office and residential portions of the project and showing connectivity both internal to project and from project to destinations outside of project. Furthermore, we have met and communicated at length with Transportation, Advance Planning, Current Planning and with other individuals and departments to explain the project, the proposed pedestrian circulation plan and why we believe our requested modification is justified and desirable, and merits staff support. In relation to the foregoing, modification request has been extensively rewritten to fully document and clarify how such modification meets land use code requirements and why it should be granted. 24.
