HomeMy WebLinkAboutSCOTCH PINES VILLAGE WTE - PDP/FDP - 34-99A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGNo Text Commk ty Planning and Environmental :rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins April 14, 2000 Dear Resident/Property Owner: On Thursday, April 27, 2000, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the conference room of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing to consider the placement of U.S. West Wireless Telecommunications Equipment at Scotch Pines Village, 2601 South Lemay Avenue, #34-99A. This is a request to place wireless telecommunications antennas on the existing clock tower in Scotch Pines Village shopping center, at the southwest corner of Drake Road and Lemay Avenue. As proposed, there would be a total of six antennas, arranged in three arrays of two. These antennas would be flush -mounted to the exterior of the clock tower structure and painted to match the existing color of the brick. There would be no structural additions to the clock tower or any antennas sticking up above the clock tower. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
