Roger & Jack,
Here's the written list of the items that need to be resolved prior to the P&Z Hearing
1) Rewording of the "tree spacing" alternative compliance request.
2) Incorporate "full tree stocking" in the new landscaped areas north of the building.
3) Revised Lighting Plan - (I met with Denise Pape, and she knows what we need) Roger, call me, I have
a few clarification questions about the proposed fixtures.
4) Rewording of the "civic spine" modification request where it would require a midblock Mason Street ped
crossing.
5) Revise the site and landscape plans to show the on -site civic spine as diagrammed in the Advance
Planning redlines.
6) Skectch of the northwest corner of the building showing the screening used to hide the meters and
conduits from public view.
7) Revise the site and landscape plans to reflect the changes to the parking lot layout as per the
discussions at the January 10th meeting.
8) Revise the site and landscape plans to reflect the widening of the alley to 24 feet in the portion adjacent
to the parking lot and the intersection with Maple Street.
