My concerns:
1. The office building should be responsible for enhanced cross walks needed with this development.
2. In previous meetings we have asked the applicant to control access off Mason Street (i.e. make the
access one-way). Also, the parking lot was to be reconfigured to provide one-way access; etc. They have
provided one-way signing, but have not reconfigured the lot... Does anyone have thoughts on the subject?
Have they provided adequate circulation for the parking lot?
3. The alley access to Maple Street should be 24 feet. It has not been done.
4. The alley intersection with Laporte Avenue has inadequate slopes due to the Howes Outfall projects
inlets. It was my understanding that the applicant was going to show this access closed off with the alley
design. If that is the case then it needs to be shown.
