Dear Resident:
On Thursday, December 9, 1999, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in the Main
Conference Room of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing to consider
a request for the project commonly known as 218 West Magnolia Street (Edwards
Residence), Project Development Plan, #27-99.
This is a request for a 6,000 square foot, three-story single family residence with a
secondary office use above the attached garages. The property is located at 218 West
Magnolia Street, being west of South Mason Street and east of South Howes Street, and
is zoned D, Downtown District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
