I am aware that there will be a drainage easement on the western portion of the Edwards' property, adjacent to my property, that will drain water from the Edwards' lot into Magnolia Street. I am also aware that when the drain is constructed, it will be necessary for the contractor to come onto the easterly portion of my lot. The purpose of this letter is to confirm to you that the Edwards and their contractor are granted a license to come onto, and utilize, the easterly portion of my lot (between my building and the Edwards' lot) to construct the drainage easement facilities on the westerly portion of the Edwards' property. Such license shall endure for one year from the date of this letter.
